# Buy-Out

Another option to retrieve a native NFT which has been fractionalized (if you do not own 100% of the Fraktions), is to offer a buy-out. This is the process of offering Fraktion holders ETH in exchange for the NFT.

**How it Works**

Alice sees an NFT she would really love to be the only owner of. She owns 0 Fraktions, but wants the entire thing. She places an offer for 50 ETH, and Fraktion owners can then vote to accept or reject the offer. If rejected, Alice gets her 50 ETH back. If accepted. 50 ETH goes into a smart contract and Alice can withdraw the native NFT. Owners of Fraktions, can now burn their Fraktions and claim their share of the 50 ETH.

\*80% of Fraktion holders must vote to accept.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.fraktal.io/marketplace/get-started/buy-out.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
